Consultation are best for clients who would like to discuss their brand, goals, budget, audience, are unsure what services is best for them, ask questions about my services, or ask questions in general.
Once a phone or zoom consultation is purchased, you'll receive a calendar invite where you can schedule your own consultantion.
After our meeting, KGS determines that the potential client is a good fit or not. If approved, the client's consultation fee will act as a non-refundable deposit towards the service desired.
However, the non-refundable deposit cannot be used towards any existing order/project. Also, the non-refundable deposit does expire after 21 business days. Please act promptly. If KGS determines that the prospect is not a good fit for our studio, we will be sure to let the client know what they need in order to become prepared. However, the consultation fee will not be refunded.

To cancel, please notify us 48 hours in advance. If you cancel 48 hours in advance, you are eligible to reschedule for free.
- There's only (1) free rescheduling.
- If you cancel after the 48 hours, you will have repurchase a consultation.
- There is a (3) limit rescheduling policy - Meaning, if we have not met with you within the 3 times you've rescheduled, you will be ban from the site.
- Please respect our time as we will respect yours.
