  • What's services are included?
    Each Retainer Membership includes: Your Design Choice of: E-Flyers, Content posts, story posts, Business Card Design, Thank You Card Design, Loyalty Card Design, Instagram Reel Covers, instagram highlights, Instagram Frames, Website Banners, and Emailer designs. Retainer Program does not include: Brand Identity Suite, Logo Suite, Landing Pages, Website Development, Acuity Design, Product development, or Design Packages Social Media Management includes: 12 Content Feed Post/mo. or 24 Content Feed Post/mo. Social Media Audit + Mini Revamp (IG Highlight Covers/Updated BIO/Feed Revamp) Monthly Zoom Strategy Call + Analytics Report Review Content Calendar + Posting Schedule Weekly Posting + Captions with Hashtags Comment Control (Delete spam comments, like and respond to community comments)
  • How does the monthly retainer program work?
    You can get graphics either on a when you need basis or a monthly basis. There is a minimum commitment of 3 months. After the 3rd month, you will be given the option to move forward or opt out the program. If you decide to move forward, the monthly retainer will be done in 3, 6, 9, or 12 month commitments. Your commitment! Your choice!
  • What is the process?
    The process goes as followed: Potential client will review FAQs & apply to desired membership. KGS will review application and send an approval or denial email. If approved, potential client will receive contract and instructions on how to make payments via website. Once invoice is paid and contract is signed, you are now a KGS Retainer Member!!!! Member will have access to a custom client portal & can either send emails or fill out project request form and KGS will send projects over in allotted timeframe. We will continue a working relationship with open communication throughout the three months and member will have access to client portal for all updates.
  • Do I have to submit all information at once?
    No, you do not have to submit them all at once. You can submit your project request at any time during the month, taking heed of turnaround time which is 1-3 days. Graphics/services do not roll over onto the next month and unfortunately, no refund will be issued for what you do not use. Take advantage of all graphics purchased during the month.
  • How do I join?
    After reviewing all FAQs below, you can press the "Apply Now" button and you will be redirected to the KGS Retainer Application. Once the application is filled out, KGS will review application and determine if we are a good fit for each other. Once approved, you will receive the contract to sign and payment process. When signed contract + payment is received, you will submit a short project request form collecting project info whenever you need graphics (or you can send a request via email) and I will return projects in allotted time frame.
  • Is there a commitment required?
    Yes, there is a 3-month commitment required. The 3-month commitment is for: Monthly Retainer, Social Media Manager, and Virtual Assistant.
  • When is payment due?
    Payment is due every month on the date purchased with automatic payments. The day you sign your contract & your payment has been processed. For example, if you sign & submit your payment on 8/8/23, you will be billed automatically every month on the 8th via invoice during commitment.
  • What are the benefits?

  • What would get me denied?
    If you do not have an established brand identity (font styles, brand hex codes, clear vision and brand aesthetic), high quality photos, and unable to commit to the membership for 3 months, you will be denied. However, you can always reapply once you are well-prepared for the program.
  • How do I purchase with you?
    Before we can get down to business, an inquiry form is needed before any purchase is made or work can be done. The form helps with a seamless experience. Please submit an inquiry form.
  • How much do you charge?
    Please refer to the 2023 Pricing Guide
  • Will I be updated throughout the design process?
    Kennedy Graphix Studio stands by a "No disturb" clause, during the design process it is important for the client to understand that the designer works best in a non disturbance atmosphere. I will update you (the client) as soon as drafts are needed for review. Please do not inquire about any projects before the estimated turnaround time. Please do not spam any of my contact info.
  • What are your business hours?
    The Studio is open: Monday: CLOSED/ADMIN DAY Tuesday-Friday: 12pm - 6pm Weekends + Holidays: CLOSED
  • I don't have an idea yet, can I still book with you?
    We 100% recommend waiting until you have all the details for your design before booking, it makes the process flow and eradicates extra revisions. If you are completely unsure, book a consultation with us today.
  • Are refunds offered?
    Due to the nature of all services provided by Kennedy Graphix Studio refunds are not eligible. Kennedy Graphix Studio does not provide refunds for any design services under any circumstance.
  • What is the turn around and revision time?
    Turnaround time start the following business day after an order has been placed and all material and/or information has been received from the client. (ex: completed form and signed contract). Business Days do not include Monday, weekends or national holidays. Turnaround times vary. Each service has their own unique turn around - which can be found in the 2023-2024 Pricing Guide. Rush orders vary and may not be available at the time of purchase. Please reflect on your order to see what the guidelines are.
